Mark Hobraczk

Public Policy Director, AiArthritis
Mark Hobraczk is the Public Policy Director for the International Foundation for Autoimmune and Autoinflammatory Arthritis (AiArthritis) and the legislative lead for Ensuring Access through Collaborative Health (EACH) and Patient Inclusion Council (PIC) a two-part national coalition facilitated by AiArthritis that unites more than 85 patient organizations and allied groups (EACH), as well as patients and caregivers (PIC), to advocate for drug affordability policies that benefit patients. Prior to joining AiArthritis, Mark spent nearly twenty years advocating on behalf of the bleeding disorders community and another decade expanding access for a wide range of specialized treatments. He previously managed the institutional reimbursement programs for Wyoming Medicaid, supervised the reimbursement department for a medical device manufacturer, and directed federal government relations efforts for national associations representing hearing/speech professionals and medical equipment suppliers. Mark received a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, a Master of Public Administration from the George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Rutgers University. He is a person living with ankylosing spondylitis (one of two dozen conditions represented by AiArthritis).
